Short Answer:

3. This was due to inflation and to keep up with th competitive wages for their staff.
4. Baker Mayfield, Lamar Jackson and Bryce Love

Long Response:
Trump's tweet raised suspicion that he knew about Flynn lying before it ws released, which means he could've been apart of that, too. What was also weird wa show he brought it up with security the next day and hoped that they could be so kind to "let this go".
I think that there is a possibility that Trump knew about this before they fired Flynn because he was very eager to have everyone try to forget this ever happened. He also seemed to be trying to get the people to feel bad for him, and of course mentioned that Hillary did it too, even though there is no evidence against hers and some against Flynn.
I think twitter should be used for people who have a public opinion that just want to speak their mind, but it should not be used for "gossip" with the president. I think that it is unprofessional for him to be complaining to teenagers who just want to speak their minds.
People should get their news from reliable sources that have had professionals fact-check their articles and have made sure to produce good, truthful content.
I don't really trust social media to get news because there are so many theories that aren't relevant and are scams to get more followers or views. People like to see gossip or stories, and thats just what you can find on social media. A lot of things on there aren't really true, so I would feel much better just checking a news company or professional website that has hard-core facts and proof.
